Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: • Lead a team of operations professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and setting performance expectations. • Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. • Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, offering insights for process improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals. • Monitor and manage departmental budgets. • Make operational decisions to address challenges and support business objectives. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. • Assist in strategic planning and goal setting for the department. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement • Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications such as Sales Enablement Certified Professional (SECP) is a plus
