You will join a global finance team that partners with R&D leaders to plan, track and report project and department spend. You will build detailed budgets and forecasts, run month-end processes, and deliver clear analysis that helps leaders make decisions. We value accuracy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain annual budgets and periodic forecasts for internal project expenses.
- Own month-end activities: reconcile actuals, post accruals and reclasses, and explain variances.
- Produce clear reports and commentary that highlight drivers of under- and overspend.
- Provide on-demand financial analysis to support business partners and project teams.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to automate routine tasks.
- Support vendor and procurement interactions related to project spend and purchase orders.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Practical experience with budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort learning financial systems (for example SAP).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent English; ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting R&D, clinical or project expense accounting.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP (CERPS) or enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience with automation, data tools or reporting visualisation (for example Power BI).
- Prior experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and partner-facing skills.
- Professional accounting qualification or advanced Excel skills.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 0 to PLN 0 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law.
