Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking to bring in a player/coach to drive our growth ambitions. We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager I, Business Development Associate Lead to join our sales team at Walmart GoLocal.
You’ll make an impact by:
Leading a team of five Business Development Associates
Growing our Business Development Org
Developing our Business Development Associates
Tracking & reporting on the BD org’s success and failures (Weekly Sync’s, MBR’s, QBR’s, Annual Kickoffs)
Booking meetings with Enterprise prospects for our Business Development Managers
Sourcing companies that are currently offering same day and next day delivery, or companies that are interested in launching same day and next day delivery
Speaking up for the “voice of the customer”; we want to learn all the key insights from your work with potential customers

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
