Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of MES, MoM, and SCADA-related projects at customer sites in China and APAC regions. Coordinate work arrangements, resource allocation, and progress control of internal teams and subcontractors, covering the entire process from requirements research, solution design, system deployment, testing and acceptance, to delivery review. Ensure projects meet objectives on time, with quality standards, and within budget.
  • Customer Relationship Liaison: Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for aligning requirements, resolving specification disputes, handling daily communication correspondence, and providing regular project progress reports (including risks, schedules, and milestone nodes). Proactively anticipate customer needs, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure customer satisfaction, lead negotiations on project changes, maintain long-term customer cooperative relationships, and lay the foundation for subsequent business expansion.
  • Technical Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Rely on profound technical accumulation and industry experience in MES, MoM, and SCADA. Break through established parameter limitations to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes, multi-dimensional technical scenarios, and interdependent production cycles. Utilize data analysis and logical thinking, integrate cross-team internal resources and limited external channel information to make scientific decisions and solve technical difficulties and complex problems in projects.
  • Knowledge Empowerment and Small-Scale Project Leadership: Act as a benchmark for technical expertise and experience in the team, providing professional support and guidance to less experienced colleagues. Lead small-scale projects with low risks and light resource requirements, guide the project team to reach business consensus, and promote the implementation of technical solutions. Possess efficient information transmission capabilities to help team members improve professional skills, synchronize cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure alignment between projects and the company's overall strategy.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Master in-depth best practices in the MES field, clearly understand the coordination logic between own business modules and other departments, and be familiar with industry competitor dynamics and core differentiated advantages. Integrate industry insights into project execution and solution design, promote in-depth integration of technology and business, and improve project delivery quality and market competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Information, or related majors.
  • Work Experience: More than 10 years of working experience in professional services, including at least 10 years of practical experience in MES, MoM, and SCADA project management. Possess a complete track record of full lifecycle project delivery. Experience in managing cross-customer site projects in China and APAC regions is preferred.
  • Professional Capabilities: Proficient in MES system architecture, core modules, and industry application scenarios. Familiar with manufacturing enterprise production processes and workshop management logic. Have experience in cross-system integration projects (e.g., integration with ERP, WMS, PLC/SCADA).

  • Communication & Coordination Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Ability to accurately liaise with multiple stakeholders including customer executives, internal teams, and subcontractors, efficiently transmit information and coordinate differences. Proficient in writing and presenting solution documents, report materials, and technical documents.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Keen insight into problems, ability to quickly decompose complex technical and business issues, and develop feasible solutions based on data and experience. Track record of successfully handling project emergencies and cross-link disputes.
  • Project Management Competence: Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools. Solid capabilities in project planning, budget control, risk prediction, and resource integration. Ability to calmly handle multi-project parallelism and complex scenarios.
  • Professionalism: Result-oriented, strong pressure resistance, good business acumen and sense of responsibility. Ability to quickly adapt to on-site customer work and cross-regional work rhythms. Maintain enthusiasm for learning new industry technologies and trends.
