About the Role:

Our team combines cutting-edge technology with a passion for innovation, and we're looking for a seasoned hardware integration and test engineer to help drive the development and refinement of our robotic platforms. Location:
This position can be based either within commuting distance of our Salem, OR headquarters or remotely in the San Francisco Bay Area. For remote candidates, regular travel to Salem, typically 1 week per month, will be required.
The Staff Hardware Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of hardware programs at Agility Robotics. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our hardware development efforts, from concept through production, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are achieved. This role requires deep expertise in hardware development cycles, exceptional cross-functional collaboration, and mastery of program management tools.
You’ll be the bridge between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams, helping to bring our cutting-edge robotics hardware to life.
