Job Description:
Directs, develops and manages product/pricing/delivery/research/channel strategies for a category of products or service level. Responsible for full product marketing cycle for specified product categories.
This role will have accountability for building participant understanding and adoption of their banking, 401(k), equity, non-qualified and health benefit accounts through delivery of systematic benefit and financial education communications. Understanding of recordkeeping data and plan design is critical with a focus on revenue drivers. Works with internal and external partners on key deliverables that support greater adoption of benefits and offers.
Has oversight of the day-to-day monitoring, review, and resolution of support requests and sees to implementation of enhancements. Provides ongoing monitoring and reporting to help drive adoption and increase business impact. Includes liaison with legal and registered principal partners.
