Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that software solutions meet the defined requirements and user expectations. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing tests to uncover any inconsistencies or defects, and thoroughly documenting findings. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for end users. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying potential issues early and contributing to a seamless release process through continuous communication and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Ability to design comprehensive test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and communication within agile delivery teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
