The Team:
We are seeking a high-impact, versatile individual contributor to join the Chief of Staff team supporting the Strategy and Operations Executive Leader. This is a "force multiplier" role designed for a professional who thrives in ambiguity and can pivot between diverse workstreams—ranging from complex program management and strategic planning to high-profile executive communications.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with the "connective tissue" required to link strategy to execution across the organization.
You will be a part of a high-impact team, who works hard, drives many key initiatives across the organization, has a front-row seat with the leadership, and knows how to have fun! You would be a part of a unique and special team who supports one another and helps you be successful.
Expectations are to identify gaps, drive the gray space, support the organization to drive things forward, be a learner and a consummate professional.

The base pay range for this role is $72,500 to $97,900 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
