Main Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a vision for the company’s customer service process and technology landscape as well as represent Global Commercial Operations in all other IT-Projects within the scope of Quotation to Cash
  • Lead a global community of Customer Service teams, sharing best practices, aligning on standard business processes and technology deployment in order to harmonize all “End-to-End” processes for our global “Quotation to Cash” department
  • Design and drive customer service initiatives with focus on continuous improvement and automation of the processes of customer interfaces
  • Design and implement harmonized and efficient SAP-landscape that meets the needs of our global commercial organization
  • Ensure that all projects are rolled out according to the schedule and defined targets in the different countries
  • Communicate the actions needed to implement the function’s strategy and business plan within the team and explain the relationship to the broader organization’s mission, vision and values
  • Provide informal and formal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in customer service to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential

  • Excellent SAP experience in models Sales Distribution, Material Management, Logistic and others are required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business economics with a focus on foreign trade, controlling, organization, IT, finance or equivalent education
  • Language skills: English fluent (presenting, writing, reading); other languages besides German are an asset
