職務概要

プランニングエンジニアは、それぞれの製造エリア単位で生産設備能力ならびに投資額計算を精度良く実施することにより、Fab15(広島工場)の生産計画、投資計画に責任を持つ。またMCT、サプライチェーン部門、Fab15他部門等と協力し、将来のFab15の姿をウェハアウト、投資額の面から明確にしていくものである。

役割詳細

  • 生産能力/投資計算(Capacity/Capital expenditure calculation)
    Micronの生産能力計算データ構造、手法を良く理解し、製造各エリアレベルで生産能力を計算、ウェハアウト生産Mixの実現を確実にする。
  • 3カ月に一度MOR updateに沿った生産能力ならびに投資額の算出を行う。
  • 製品におけるMOR/PORのGapを認識し、関係者に対して情報を提供する。
  • 適切なシステムの使用、定期的なチェックにより、生産能力計算の前提となるパラメータを精度よく維持する。
  • MCTと生産能力計算結果データのレビューを実施しすることにより他Fabとのベンチマークを行い、そのGapを理解し埋める活動を提案する。
  • PEE/RnDと協力し投資額の最小化のためのアイデアを創出し提案する。
  • 将来の生産Mix変更に伴う検証 (シナリオ)
  • サプライチェーン部門(SnOP)と連携し、4半期に2度、市況や需要その他理由による将来の生産Mix変更(シナリオ)を生産能力と投資の面から検証する。
  • 上記変更について、関係者と情報共有する。
  • 生産能力計算結果に基づいた余剰設備の情報をレイアウトエンジニアへ情報提供する。

  • Fabのプロジェクト業務において、ウェハアウトプット量や投資額等のデータが必要な場合は、プロジェクトに参加し情報提供する。

要件(*は必須)

  • 高専卒、大卒以上(学部問わず) (*)
  • 日本語のコミュニケーション能力(N1相当以上) (*)
  • 口頭、記述にて英語で業務をした経験(*)
  • 1年以上のExcel、Powerpointの使用経験(*)
  • 基本的な生産能力計算コンセプトの理解
  • 強い問題解決能力

Description

Planning engineer is responsible for Fab15 (Hiroshima) production planning and Capital expenditure scheme through implementation of production tool capability and investment cost calculation accurately to meet its requirement by each fab area and also take care of visualizing the future of Fab15 on a wafer out and investment-wise with support of MCT, Supply Chain and other departments in Fab15.

 (Role detail)(Roles and responsibilities)

Understand Micron’s capacity calculation data structure and methodology to make sure that each process area can calculate their capacity in order to realize Waferout production mix

  • Calculate capacity and capital expenditure in accordance with MOR update on a quarterly basis.
  • Recognize gaps of MOR/POR for each DID and pass down the information accordingly to the stakeholders
  • Maintain parameters accurately used for Capacity calculation through regularly use and periodical check
  • Benchmark with other Micron Fabs through a joint review with MCT on a capacity calculation results and promote activities to develop understanding of and narrow the gap.
  • Create and propose ideas to minimize capital expenditure with collaboration with PEE and R&D
  • Validation for the future production mix change(Scenario)
  • Collaborate with SnOP to verify and validate scenario two times in a quarter for potential production mix change due to market volatility, demands and other reasons from perspectives of capacity and capital.
  • Share information among stakeholders in case of scenario modification
  • Provide information on excess tools based on the capacity calculation result to Engineers
  • Other requirements

Qualifications to apply (*must have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science field (*)
  • Japanese communication skills (Equivalent to N1) (*)
  • Communication skill in verbal and written English (*)
  • More than one(1) year experience of using Excel and PowerPoint (*)
  • Understanding of basic capacity calculation concept
  • Strong ability for problem solving
