What You Will Do:

  • The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Senior Consultant/Manager will support the implementation of the enterprise-wide asset management programs for our State and Local Government practice.
  • You will serve as an EAM Subject Matter Expert resource on cross functional projects intended to optimize operations, contribute to Guidehouse company growth, and ensure our clients assets meet environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • You will be responsible for working directly with our client’s business teams to define and coordinate successful application development, process definitions, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
  • You will be working with other Subject Matter Experts in the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and systems to manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all physical assets effectively and efficiently throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • The EAM Senior Consultant/Manager will work closely with various client departments to gather information and requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure that the organization's assets are reliable and cost-effective.
  • The key to success in this position is to optimize the performance and lifespan of critical assets for our customers and support Guidehouse as an integral part of our State and Local Government practice growth and development.
  • You will act as Subject Matter Expert EAM related projects.
  • You will lead and manage the delivery of enterprise-wide asset management projects.
  • You will contribute to Guidehouse company growth and business development for potential EAM projects working with internal teams and contract business partners.
  • You will train and lead other consultants on Enterprise Asset Management best practices and technologies.
  • You will perform supervisory, coaching, and mentoring activities for assigned staff.

 

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 3 - 7 years of technology consulting experience in Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or computer science.
  • Proficient in the use of EAM software, CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems) software, and other related software.
  • Be highly skilled with the business of MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and the types of systems and process needed to support.
  • Deep knowledge of Industry practices around asset management, supply chain and its implementation and real-world application process and systems usage.
  • In depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance, Asset Planning, Inventory and supply chain management practices and utilization in MRO.
  • Knowledge of all master data required to support EAM (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Preventive Maintenance, Work/Entry Permits, Inspections, etc.)
  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate how leading technologies can be positioned or architected to solve business challenges and problems.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in core management consulting skills and the ability to lead clients through solution development including experience in areas such as application development, system implementation and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
  • Developing and managing master integration management plans, critical dependency milestone trackers, and dashboards, tracking key program status updates and issues/risks, performing action item management for complex programs
  • Experience leading business process analysis workshops and documenting To-Be business process based on best practices.
  • Business Development Experience: Sourcing and leading proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities.
  • Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries.
  • Strong program management skills with experience managing and delivering complex and critical programs.
  • Strong financial and analytics skills with experience tracking and maximizing the return on technology investments.
  • EAM Application Certification (EAM solution/technology certification (i.e. HxGn, Trapeze, Maximo, Oracle EAM, etc.)

 

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • At least  2+ years’ experience in the State and Government sector
  • Graduate or advanced degree in business administration, operations management, or computer science
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
