Your Responsibilities:
📊 Drive retention and expansion, and manage renewals across a portfolio of schools.
🧑🏫 Drive initiatives to increase usage, engagement and customer understanding of our platform.
🌐 Constantly improve the way we work internally to improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
💻 Experience in account management or customer success, within EdTech or SaaS - this is essential.
🚀 Experience with upselling, renewals, and driving initiatives to increase usage and engagement.
🌐 A very high level of energy and passion, with a customer-centric mindset.
