About the Role

作为所属渠道承上启下的主要对接方,具体负责所属渠道的产品定位准入及营销活动等的组织推动工作,致力达成所负责渠道KPI目标。

在总公司战略指引下,根据分公司中长期发展策略和规划,具体落实与达成所属渠道目标(40%)

  • 根据分公司制定整体发展战略和渠道发展策略,负责落实渠道建设中长期规划和发展策略。
  • 基于渠道特色与业务节奏,细化制定与完善所属渠道的业务计划,推动日常销售活动,促进销售目标与经营指标的合规、高效达成。
  • 协助监督控制所属渠道整体运营成本。

渠道对接与支持(30%)

  • 维护所辖渠道关系,与渠道建立日常沟通机制,并通过经营数据分析,支持渠道管理优化与提升。
  • 根据渠道业务需求,支持渠道各项内外部推动项目的执行,并追踪实施效果,关注推动方案的成效的稳步提升。
  • 为所属渠道的关系维护和发展提供技术支持,包括协调落实各类协议、产品准入、系统对接等工作,确保业务顺利开展。

业务推动及管理(30%)

  • 立足所属渠道整体规划,紧密结合渠道需求,确保产品、培训、价值主张等在所属渠道的落地与实施效果,助力公司在渠道端建立竞争优势。
  • 根据所属渠道特性,在总公司指导与框架下,细化制定业务激励方案,落实合规管理要求,推动业务健康成长。
  • 对银行资源进行有效的分配管理,对中心支公司所属渠道的销售团队提供业务指导与支持,及时各类处理业务问题。
