  • Compose and compile letters, reports and/or statistical data from rough drafts; correct grammar, spelling and punctuation as needed.
  • Coordinate administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, processing work orders, arranging travel agendas and tracking travel expenses for real estate staff.
  • Coordinate document signing by witnesses and notary and appropriate and timely distribution of documents.
  • Process of legal invoices, including tracking invoices in database, routing invoices, processing Attorney General approval letters and generating status reports.
  • Maintain documents on SharePoint, including scanning, uploading and categorizing transactional documents and internal documents for acquisitions, dispositions and external funds.
  • Maintain real estate entity compliance files and documentation.
  • Create and maintain legal status reports; follow up with real estate staff to generate reports.
  • Compile list of real estate assets for Treasurer on a quarterly basis.
  • Track, upload and send reminders for property tax payments.
  • Maintain reports and documents in SharePoint.
  • Participate in and complete other duties as assigned.
