Position Highlights:
Position: Employee Health Coordinator
Location: Evanston, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Required Travel: travel to other Employee Health offices may be required
What you will do:
Greet and check in all team members who come to office.
Answer all incoming calls, scanning, triage EHS email inbox messages for resolution or designate to RN.
Scheduling of appointments, template management.
Take direction from RN in clinic on daily assignments.
Provide other administrative support under the direction of the Manager.
Follow applicable HIPPA, PII privacy protocols and procedures
What you will need:
Education: High School diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferred
Certification: n/a
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative/customer service position.
Unique or Preferred Skills: Enjoy working at a fast past with the capacity to multi-task, displays flexibility, and takes initiative
