What success looks like in this role:

• Leads team efforts to design, develop, test and document complex software systems and applications.
• May support multiple teams through provision of sound technical and procedural guidance and solution development.
• Collaborates with analysts, peers and stakeholders to develop highly complex systems.
• Estimates software development tasks to within predictable variances, given specified functional and business requirements.
• Evaluates secure coding practices and tools, recommending and driving improvements.
• Defines and recommends metrics to improve on quality, cycle time, reliability and other key factors.
• Presents system alterations and designs to peers and colleagues.
• Provides technical and procedural guidance to fellow team members, adjacent teams and other relevant stakeholders.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Responsibilities:
• Develop clean, maintainable C# code using the .NET stack
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Deploy and run .NET applications on Linux containers (Docker)
• Engage in design discussions and architecture reviews
• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive input
  Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience working with C#, APIs
• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with TypeScript and component libraries.
• Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services.
• Experience in Azure or other cloud infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in microservices design, development, maintenance and deployment
• Fluent English
  Technical Skills:
• .NET 8, C#
• SQL and noSQL databases
• Kubernetes
• Azure/AWS Cloud
• Experience with build and deployment pipelines is considered as an advantage
• Experience with infrastructure as a code is considered as an advantage

• Key Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 15+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seasoned developer, team lead and technical leader with proven record of shipping large scale online applications:
• Experience in building and scaling distributed enterprise web applications—including at least 5 years of direct leadership and management experience. Focused on the Presentation Layer / UX development.
• Successfully shipped front end solutions integrated with cloud microservices integrations
• Management Experience: supporting hiring and mentoring a team of developers across timezones and skill levels. Provided technical leadership, coaching, and career development.  
• Experience with full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, selecting technology, feasibility estimation, prototyping, technical designs and implementation, build, deployment, infrastructure architecture, security gates.
• Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, UX, Security, DevOps, and other engineering teams
• Experience with Agile process in shipped released solutions
