  • Specialized Tooling: Extensive experience designing and building jigs, work platforms, and specialized hand tools required for the precision assembly of small components.
  • Machining Mastery: Deep technical expertise in manual and CNC milling (NC machines), surface grinders, and lathes. Comprehensive understanding of stampings, progressive dies, wire EDM, and the integration of these processes in small component manufacturing.
  • Material & Process Knowledge: Expert in parts cleaning, plating, and heat-treating (Rockwell hardness testing). Ability to select alloys based on tensile strength, wear, and heat tolerance.
  • Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and 2D drafting; experience using these tools to generate tool paths and manufacturing layouts.
