Job Description

About the Role

Working as a member of the FP&A team within Finance, you will partner with finance and business leaders to provide financial, analytical and business insights to enable data-driven business decisions that improve company performance.

As a financial and business analyst, you will be responsible for activities such as:

  • Support and continuously improve the quarterly forecasts for G&A functions, including IT, Legal, HR, and FBS.
  • Partner with operational/finance colleagues and build relationships within the Finance and other G&A functions
  • Coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams, build solutions, provide recommendations and think creatively
  • Collaborate across the organization to put in place infrastructure and processes to drive process improvements and gain efficiencies
  • Working with finance colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient financial closes and report results to senior leadership

About You

An energetic and change-adept financial analyst to support the Bose IT, Legal, HR and FBS functions.  We need a highly motivated individual interested in applying their skills in a dynamic and challenging learning environment.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • 2+ years of experience
  • BS in finance, economics, engineering or a technical degree
  • Experience in public accounting or similar field is a plus
