What You'll Do

  • Analyze and track transaction errors to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues by source and cause, and provide actionable feedback to responsible teams.
  • Correct transaction errors promptly to ensure data accuracy and reliable financial reporting.
  • Create, maintain, and update account‑specific reporting fields to support business and client needs.
  • Manage multiple invoicing processes within back‑office systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure proper collection of missed transaction fees and initiate notifications when required.
  • Work across multiple proprietary and industry reporting systems (e.g., ARC, BSP, Glory, Matrix, AQUA).
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation within PNRs and related data systems.
  • Operate independently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while participating in team meetings to share updates and best practices.
  • Communicate issues or unusual findings to leadership, take corrective action as needed, and support departmental projects or backup responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS required.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass an extended government background check.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high data accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, to create spreadsheets, tables, and documents.
  • Knowledge of travel management reporting fields preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet productivity goals.
