As an Employee Relations Specialist in Group People & Culture, you will join the Employee Relations and HR Operations team and support your colleagues and the rest of the organisation within the legal area.

Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to use your legal skills and knowledge to drive a strong People & Culture governance with a commercial mindset. The focus will be on ensuring flawless execution of all employee relations processes and applying your legal knowledge in finding compliant and pragmatic solutions in an international company in close collaboration with the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Help build and drive a strong Center of Excellence of Employee Relations in EMEA - working closely together with the rest of Group People & Culture

  • Support the organisation globally in projects relating to employee relations, such as implementing new regulation

  • Provide legal advice, manage and drive potential employee matters within EMEA

  • Provide relevant legal training and updates to leaders and the Group People & Culture organisation when relevant

  • Draft, implement and review relevant People & Culture templates, policies and procedures from a legal perspective

  • Ensure continuous implementation and interpretation of the Collective Agreement in cooperation with FinansDanmark

  • Drive the People & Culture aspect of relevant financial legislation

  • Ensure that new and relevant employee related legislation is implemented and rolled out to the organisation (GDPR, Holiday act, Parental leave etc.)

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague who is eager to join our dynamic team, comprised of engaged and talented individuals. The ideal candidate should be energised by driving legal processes and cases both independently and together with colleagues and stakeholders.

You must be pragmatic and solution oriented and master collaboration. You come with an open and curious mindset to learn to navigate in a multicultural and fast-paced organisation and have a strong stakeholder management skillset.

You have a master’s degree in law or business law from a Danish university and solid knowledge about Danish employment law. It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar position, preferably within a financial institution.

You have strong Danish and English language skills on business level, both written and spoken.
