 岗位职责

一、行政支持

• 快递及文件收发，确保及时准确。
• 安排会议室，协调会议设备及相关支持。

二、办公环境与设施管理

• 监督办公空间布局，协调家具、打印机、网络安装。
• 协助主管管理行政设施维护计划，跟进维修、保养处理。
• 确保办公环境符合安全及卫生标准。

三、后勤服务管理

• 行政班车管理：更新班车路线和时间表，管理日常班车安全，协调供应商，处理费用核对。
• 保洁服务管理：监督清洁团队工作质量，管理清洁用品采购，确保办公环境符合5S要求整洁。
• 餐饮服务管理：管理茶歇区、员工餐厅服务，确保食品安全和供应及时。

四、物资与供应链管理

• 监控并订购办公用品、茶歇区物资，维护供应商关系，控制成本。

五、访客与前台支持

• 一般接待访客，安排会议及相关支持。

六、财务与数据支持

• 协助处理报价、发票及采购流程，维护数据库和联系人列表。

任职要求

• 大专及以上学历，行政管理或相关专业优先。
• 熟悉办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint，Power BI, Power Apps），具备良好的沟通协调能力。
• 有设施管理或后勤服务经验者优先。
