Position Summary

Product manager, Reblozyl Marketing,

is responsible for planning and execution of the assigned Brand as a member of disease area in collaboration with multiple stake holders in Japan.

Pursuant to the approved plan, development of promotion Aids as well as operation of scientific and PR events are also important responsibilities. In addition, engages for development of Strategic Marketing/Brand plan in the time-scope of short/mid-term proactively as a member of the cross functional team. In addition, this role oversees the marketing of other hematology Myeloid TA brands in collaboration with the Brand Lead.

This individual reports to the Marketing lead of Reblozyl marketing and dotted reports to the Brand lead of Myeloid TA.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Development of POA as tactical operation plan aligned with Brand plan in the disease area of Myeloid (MDS and MF)
  • Associate for planning and operation of Market Research to grasp insights of customers, and reflect them into in-depth analysis and plans
  • Monitoring and evaluating execution status to continuously improve tactics

Execution Excellence

  • Responsible for implementation of tactical operation plan in collaboration with Sales and enabling functions
  • Initiative for the development of promotional Aids including Digital tools, including the Vendors Management.
  • KOL / Speaker engagement planning and implementation
  • Implementation of effective and efficient marketing activities in line with budgets

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • BS/BA required, MBA and/or biological science degree is advantage, but not mandatory requirement.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences at Sales or Product Management/Marketing, market Intelligence, or Business Analytics in the pharmaceutical industry (Hem/Onc. specialty care is option) is advantage, but not mandatory
  • Experience of promotional material development is advantage, but not mandatory requirement
  • Having Full knowledge of Japanese Advertising/Promotional Guideline and related regulation is advantage, but not mandatory requirement
  • Reading and understanding scientific articles in English
  • Digital skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
  • Even better, TOEIC score over 800 or fluent level in English
