What you'll do:

As a IT Engineer III you'll demonstrate proficiency with particular tools and products responsible for supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, data or applications. You'll support senior engineers in the development and support activities as well as project tasks as directed and capable of working independently with minimal direction. As a IT Engineer III, you'll contribute in team dialogue and activities in a collaborative environment.

This position will work collaboratively build scalable automation frameworks that reduce manual intervention, enhance reliability, and align with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software and hardware. 

  • Implement and configure new technologies to improve IT operations. 

  • Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems. 

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures. 

  • Working knowledge of SDLC Framework. 

  • Experience in designing and developing automation and automation infrastructure. 

  • Experience in enterprise networks and enterprise technologies. 

  • Experience in development languages, i.e. Python and PowerShell. 

  • Experience in developing automations in Azure with Azure VM’s and serverless platforms like function apps. 

  • Working knowledge of ITIL practices, including incident, change, and problem management. 

  • Experience with Data & Network Security tools, i.e. Varonis, Rapid7/Nexpose, DataDog and Elastic. 

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure. 

  • Experience with Network File Shares and NTFS permissions. 

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of related experience in IT Operations Support, Application Development, IT Automation or similar fields. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. 

  • Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred. 

  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. 

  • Intermediate to advanced organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. 

  • Additional knowledgeable in governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews and architectural compliance. 

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira, and working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
