Job Description

As a Senior Technical Product Manager (m/f/x) at KONUX, you will lead the development and integration of advanced AI and analytics solutions, collaborating with engineering teams to build a robust ecosystem, i.e. through seamless third-party integrations. Your work will ensure KONUX solutions remain at the forefront of innovation in the railway industry - delivering data-driven insights, reducing delays on the railway, and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Your Impact

• Analytics Platform Development: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, including data engineers and data scientists, to integrate advanced data processing and AI-driven insights into KONUX products, defining key metrics and driving continuous performance improvements.
• Integration Strategy: Identify and prioritize integration opportunities with customer and partner platforms, expanding KONUX’s reach and enhancing overall product value. 
• Team Coordination: Drive 2-3 engineering teams, aligning product roadmaps, sprint objectives, and deliverables.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify real-world problems, validate hypotheses, and ensure our products and services deliver tangible customer benefits.
• Technical Alignment: Work closely with platform engineers to ensure data flows, APIs, and system interoperability meet high performance and reliability standards.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be

• Experience: 5+ years in product management within a B2B SaaS environment, with proven success in analytics or BI solutions and managing integrations or partnerships.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and APIs. Comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineering teams.
• Results-Driven: Skilled in defining, monitoring, and iterating on KPIs and success metrics, using data insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to assess market and technological trends, identifying high-impact opportunities that align with company goals.
• Influential Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus). Capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear messages.
