The Supply Chain PMO analyst is a member of the recently created Clean Energy Green to Grow Support Team (G2G) Organization, and it’s responsible for supporting the stable operation of the supply chain activities and procure-to-pay processes. The Supply Chain PMO coordinates both external and internal stakeholders in the overall business aligned with the procure-to-pay process to ensure a proper and streamlined experience for users. Management activities include a solid “control tower” perspective of the activities and the responsibility to provide end-to-end visibility at every process stage and across multiple units/suppliers/users, together with the data needed for critical decisions.
Under a new SAP instance that includes satellite subsystems, the Supply Chain PMO will stand as a unique and centralized contact for SAP Business Users and support groups within AES subsidiaries (i.e., ASA in Argentina), solving regular and complex needs and issuing reports to external and internal parties.
This Analyst needs to ensure the achievement of committed objectives, plan and conduct internal negotiations to ensure proper business procedures are in place, anticipate future risks, and assess permanent mitigation of issues.
This Analyst will be aligned with the Global Supply Chain Organization and internal customers across Clean Energy to facilitate the P2P process. Part of the responsibilities of this position is to propose ways to reduce the transactional requirements and develop a Supply Chain Category under the scope of Renewables Core Services for the AES CE organization.
Knowledge of SAP S4, the Material Management (MM) module, and the procure-to-pay process is highly desirable for this position. Must clearly understand processes and areas impacting procure to pay and demonstrate training and/or customer support capabilities.
