Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions remain compatible with existing systems while meeting organizational needs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business objectives is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of application environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google BigQuery.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Google Cloud environments.
- Experience in integrating APIs and utilizing low-code platforms for application customization.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and maintain system stability in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques for cloud-based applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
