What you'll do...

Walmart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Item Policy Senior Analyst to join our Ecommerce Compliance team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining item policies that ensure compliance with Walmart's code of conduct and industry regulations across our global ecommerce platforms. This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our online marketplace and upholding the trust of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain item policies that ensure compliance with Walmart's code of conduct and industry regulations across all global ecommerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Business Units, to ensure item policies are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to other teams on item policy matters, ensuring consistent application and interpretation of policies.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to track compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as third-party sellers and suppliers, to ensure compliance with item policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay up to date with changes in industry regulations and company policies and make recommendations for updates and improvements to item policies as needed.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
