Job Responsibilities:

【任职资格】

教育程度:大学本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上,财务管理、会计学相关专业

工作经验: 制造行业相关工作经验3年以上

专业技能要求 机械制造工艺、质量管理、财务管理、会计学等相关专业知识,熟悉国家各类税收法规。

能力要求具有熟悉变速器总成零部件制造工艺及具体成本财务分析能力,具备良好的沟通能力; 较好的数据敏感性和判断能力;熟练运用SAP软件及Office办公软件。

其他特殊要求熟悉工厂加工流程以及工艺,有一定的制造行业基础知识。

*如有相关工作经验或者表现或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

【主要岗位职责】

1.年度预算和经营计划管理 

1)编制原材料、人力成本、制造费用、收入、费用、资金、税金等年度预算和预测,跟踪预算的执行情况,并分析各期数据差异;

2)监控并协调经营计划的执行;

3)支持公司管理层和董事会所需的原材料、人力成本、制造费用、收入、费用、税金、资金等分析信息;

2.成本费用日常业务管理

1)组织标准成本更新工作,并分析差异;

2)支持Mafact推进,推进并监控原材料、人力成本、制造费用降本目标实现;

3)完成月度物料帐运行;

4)生产性零件量产和非生产性零件价格管理

3.存货管理

1)审核并校验材料采购发票,确认应付账款;

2)存货减值及存货盘点盈亏的相关核算与分析;

3)确认相关索赔信息与供应商结算索赔费用;

4.应付账款管理

1)每月完成资金预测,并依据当期到期应付款明细,编制付款申请;依据批准的付款申请,完成账务处理;

2)编制应付、预付账款账龄分析表,跟踪分析超期应付、预付账款;

3)编制应付账款周转分析报告及票据付款比例分析报告;

4)配合审计工作和供应商的对账;

5.费用及预提管理

1)完成日常费用核算。审核业务部门提报的各项费用并完成相关账务处理;审核业务部门提交的各类费用预提申请并进行相关账务处理

2)费用类业务应付账款管理,完成到期应付账款的支付,编制应付账款账龄表,分析并跟踪超期账龄

3)进行工资审核,完成工资/五险一金支付凭证,编制应付职工薪酬变动表

6./无形资产管理

1)审核固定/无形资产构建过程中的付款,发票,验收并且进行账务处理。资产存续期间,关注资产状态,需要时进行资产减值测试,确保资产处于受控状态。

2)固定/无形资产处置时,核对资产价值,审核资产处置清单,处置合同,并且进行账务处理。

3)月度进行资产相关科目审阅。定期进行资产盘点,确保资产账实相符。

7.入确认及应收管理

1)每月完成资金预测;根据客户回款完成账务处理,并完成差异分析;
2)进行客户信用管理;编制应收、合同负债等相关管理分析报表;跟踪分析超期应收账款;
3)根据会计准则进行正确的收入确认,并完成账务处理
4)配合审计工作和客户的对账;
5)及时准确的开具发票

8.资金管理

1)银行存款收支日常业务处理

2)应收票据&应付票据日常业务管理

3)银行对账、银行函证及其他银行相关业务处理。

4)财产一切险、营业中断险、商业综合责任险的续保及理赔管理

9.务管理

1)增值税专用发票勾选认证、抵扣及红字增值税专用发票申请确认

2)及时准确完成各项税金核算及申报缴纳  (不含个人所得税)

3)企业所得税年度汇算清缴调整计算及申报缴纳

4)及时完成各类税收优惠留存备查资料的收集与整理。

10.遵守与执行体系要求

1)认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策。

2)会同EHS部门及各业务部门做好安全环保资金计划并及时投放,确保专款专用

3)严格执行安全环境管理制度,安全操作规程,遵章守纪,防止发生事故。

4)主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改

5)积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议
