Summary:
As an AI Strategy Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will apply your industry and artificial intelligence expertise to develop comprehensive data and AI strategies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI value opportunities across the business value chain, creating blueprints for data and AI platforms, and designing target operating models that align with broader talent strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing current business processes and recommending innovative AI solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and foster collaboration among team members.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and AI insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in developing business cases for AI initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable strategies for diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
