As a Business Process architect for Master Data Management & Data Governance for Applied Global Service business unit you will have responsibility for leading the business process governance and improvement of our various (customer, materials, install base etc.) Master Data Management programs. In addition, you will provide ongoing management and oversight for master data governance to support the business needs.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and drive AGS data management processes (i.e., define best practices and processes to support efficiencies within install base, locations, customer, products, and vendor data management) 

  • Lead the process & solution design and be the liaison with the IT organization to develop create a single source of truth via the MDM solutions

  • Identify and define the right strategies to integrate Master data with other operational systems to leverage the Master data more efficiently and effectively 

  • Track team’s progress, identify risks, issues and highlight to the leadership proactively

  • Communicate the technical dependencies to the concerned teams and establish coordination for seamless implementation of the individual components 

  • Lead and manage the team on the MDM specific activities such as define the cleanse rules, survivorship, match rules, etc. 

  • Collaborate with various technical teams and business users for development, QA and production support for master data management 

  • Ensure data quality standards are adhered within the organization.

  • Provide thought leadership and direction to the business process owners around master data.

  • Performs all other duties and special assignments as assigned 

  • Document and maintain data processes and flows across Master Data Management (MDM) and other applications for AGS.

  • Develop and measure metrics-focused on Data Analytics and Data Quality

  • Collaborate with teams in other business units to ensure adherence to policies & processes to support data management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Information Management, Computer/Information Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related fields; or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of Master Data experience, experience within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment preferred. Master Data Experience should include an expert level of understanding of Install base Master, Material Master, Vendor Master, BOM, Production, Customer Master, Quality, etc.

  • Exposure to data governance platform (SAP MDG, Informatica, Collibra, Riversand, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with SAP, SAP MDG a plus

  • Proven Project Management Experience 

  • Excellent communication skills are a must 

  • Excellent presentation skills are a must

U.S. Salary Range:

$140,000.00 - $192,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
