Brown & Brown is Seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Meridian, ID.
The Employee Benefits Business Development Specialist focuses on small business warm lead follow ups via phone and email. In this role, the Business Development Specialist makes recommendations on coverage based on information obtained from the prospect/customer. The primary responsibilities are to follow up with each lead, advise on and then quote the appropriate coverage, and complete the sale of the appropriate policies. This position is responsible for new and renewal/ marketing functions.
