• Ability to create workflows in workflow manager

• Understanding standard end to end automation flow

  • ServiceNow ticket raised

  • Ticket ingested into ATR

  • Automation rules / mappings

  • Debugging of workflows and logging

  • Passing variables between workflow nodes

  • Understanding how internal applications/products connect to ServiceNow

  • Understanding how internal Chatbot integrates with Microsoft Teams

• Python scripts

  • API integration

• Integration skills

• Identity Management skills - mapping to Entra ID

Required Skills:

• Ansible Skills

  • YAML scripting, Ansible modules, playbook understanding

• Terraform Skills

  • HCL, Terraform modules, state management

  • Terraform CLI

  • Automation and CI/CD Integration

• Basic understanding of Azure

  • Azure monitoring agent

  • Azure Arc

  • Entra ID

• Basic docker command knowledge

• Basic linux command knowledge

• Basic DevOps and IaC workflows

• Splunk clustered deployment understanding
