Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

The Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing supplies and equipment in support of Air Force operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control, proper storage procedures, and timely delivery of materials to authorized personnel and departments. The Warehouseman maintains records of incoming and outgoing items, inspects shipments for accuracy and damage, and operates warehouse equipment as needed. The position supports efficient logistics operations while ensuring compliance with Air Force supply procedures and safety standards. The Warehouseman also assists with organizing stock, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and secure storage environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and potential damage.
• Store materials and supplies in designated warehouse locations following proper storage procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in inventory tracking systems.
• Prepare and distribute supplies, equipment, and materials to authorized personnel or departments.
• Replenish Customer service line when necessary.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with stock audits to ensure accountability.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment while following safety regulations.
• Daily use of organizational and record-keeping skills with a focus on detail, accuracy and quality of work
• Physical requirements include lifting and moving heavy objects safely
• Operate warehouse equipment
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Daily use of organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail, accuracy and quality of work
• Maintain safety and security standards
•  Additional duties as assigned by lead, Dining Facility Manager, supervisor, etc

Basic Qualifications

• Turkish Citizen
• High School Graduate
• Ability to Speak, Read, and Understand Level 2 English
• Must has appropriate licensing to operate Forklift and Refrigerated Truck 
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Air Force or military supply procedures and inventory systems.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.

All positions require the applicant to obtain and pass a medical physical that is certified by a doctor.

All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.

All male candidates must have completed their military service.
