Participate in associated training and leadership meetings with Brigade/Battalion Command and H2F Leadership.
Mentors and Coaches SCCs.
Coordinates and assists the Brigade Program Director and/or Injury Control Director to develop, coordinate, and execute approved training programs for Soldiers with physical limitations who are medically cleared for strength and conditioning training/reconditioning. Identify and direct Soldiers with an apparent new or undiagnosed medical condition to the appropriate medical professionals for evaluation and treatment.
Develops, recommends, and implements evidence-based, periodized strength and conditioning programs focused on unit mission and individual Soldier tasks that are synchronized and integrated with unit training/operational schedule, battle rhythm, and culture.
Recommends and approves instruction and guidance to Soldiers and the BDE leadership on physical strength and conditioning concerning injury mitigation strategies collaboratively with the H2F Performance Team. Coaches and mentors the unit fitness leaders and H2F integrator.
Leads SCCs in compiling reports, collecting data, tracking, and documenting Soldier/unit progression, and recommending opportunities for system-wide improvements.
Develops and participates in program quality assurance of the training programs and participates in program/system reviews to identify best practices and lessons learned; make recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
Ensures safe and effective operation of equipment within their work capacity for a safe working environment.
