Salary: $149,400.39 - $152,384.85 + super + salary packaging

About the role

• Provide expert clinical trauma case management, consultation, and leadership to strengthen connections across the Major Trauma Service network

• Lead and manage an integrated performance monitoring and improvement program to drive clinical excellence and optimal patient outcomes

• Conduct and integrate specialty-related research to enhance clinical trauma care practices

• Contribute to the design, development, & delivery of education programs for healthcare staff

• Participate in strategic and operational planning to shape the future direction of the clinical service

• Ensures trauma service compliance with current NSW trauma minimum dataset requirements

About you

• Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA, backed by a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience and relevant tertiary qualifications (or working towards them)

• Abe to integrate theoretical knowledge, clinical skills, & critical thinking into daily practice

• Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• High-level communication & interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all levels of the service

• Great time management skills and ability to prioritise workload in a complex environment
