What You’ll Do

Builds, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

Assists inventory control clerk with inventory management and lease returns as directed by supervisory staff.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

May lead and direct the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Will be the primary resource for daily tasking and equipment questions, escalation, coordination of resources as needed.

Has an overall knowledge of all primary Freeman locations, equipment and software.

Requirements

3 to 5 years work experience in a technological oriented environment with emphasis on user support and troubleshooting or formal training in the field.

A+ Certification or equivalent.
