We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to work closely with the S&S UK and ITS organization for the development and analysis of reporting.
Requirements will include: a forward-looking focus and business partnering/challenge to the business with value added reporting. This should be consistent, standardized, automated and forward-looking solutions.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Provide business segment expertise for end to end reporting and analysis
• Preparation of monthly Management information
• Trade Receivables Management including account reconciliations, down payments and query resolutions for business streams
• Controlling of business performance against monthly rolling forecasts for Sales, EBIT and cash on ILS projects, identifying Lead times and gaps in project completions to improve accuracy. This will require working closely with operational teams
• Provide data for calculation of commission scheme and develop monthly accruals process
• Accurate and timely completion of the reporting package for Order intake/backlog/Sales and Headcount in line with Group Controlling guidelines
• Provide expertise and ownership of the Transport BI interfaces with Urban for reporting on transport costs, cancellations, recovery against customers, calculation of Accruals and account reconciliations with supplier.
• Control of the assessment of FX, Freight inward and duty for New Trucks for customer P&L Reporting
• Ad-hoc analysis to support the Business Partners and SMAs in Regions and NKA
