Position: Phlebotomist I
Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $27.32. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $18.84 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 11pm-7:30am, e/o weekend and rotating holidays
What you will do:
The Phlebotomist I will perform a variety of routine and special phlebotomy procedures as authorized by the Manager/Director.
Responsible for ordering tests into the Laboratory and Hospital (LIS/HIS) computer systems and documenting Lab receipt of specimens.
Includes minor processing of various laboratory specimens.
For inpatients, ensures the proper wristband has been applied prior to scanning with Soft ID handheld device.
Collects blood samples for specific tests ensuring volume is adequate and correct tubes are utilized.
What you will need:
Diploma or Vocational Degree Required Or
High School Preferred
Phlebotomy training experience strongly preferred.
Outgoing compassionate personality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated skills in phlebotomy, exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to work cooperatively with others.
Basic computer knowledge.
CPR or BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) PBT(ASCP) Preferred And
CPR or BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) for the Healthcare Provider Required
