This role will take ownership of hiring for our New York and Michigan offices, partnering closely with hiring managers and the global People team to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment in the US — driving hiring strategy, building strong pipelines, and delivering a first-class candidate experience that reflects OakNorth’s culture and values.
