The Role
At Deputy, we're passionate about empowering businesses to build thriving workplaces. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Enablement to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial excellence.
As a Manager of our Enablement team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of enablement professionals, while also actively contributing to the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, resources, and tools that equip our entire Commercial organization – including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services – with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. You'll work closely with leaders across these functions, as well as product marketing and other teams, to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
