Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Fachliche Verantwortung für die Justage und Kalibrierung komplexer Metrology-Systeme.
- Hauptansprechpartner für Fertigung und Service zur Unterstützung der Fehlersuche und Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme unter Anwendung systematischer Methoden (z. B. 8D).
- Konzepte und Lösungen für komplexe technische Probleme erarbeiten und gegenüber dem Management sowie dem Service Team präsentieren
- Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Support („Fly-and-Fix“) bei Eskalationen, die tiefgehendes Produktwissen erfordern.
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, um Durchlaufzeiten zu reduzieren und die Qualität durch optimierte Prozesse zu steigern.
- Teilnahme an Design-Reviews sowie Unterstützung bei Montage und Test von Prototypen zur Sicherstellung von Herstellbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessanweisungen gemäß Produktspezifikationen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitäts- und Einkaufsabteilungen zur Lösung von Komponentenproblemen, Verbesserung der Lieferantenqualität und Kostensenkung.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Physik/Elektronik/Mechatronik mit mindestens 3 Jahre erelevanter Berufserfahrung
- Fähigkeit, das Funktionsprinzip komplexer elektro-opto-mechanischer Baugruppen für hochpräzise Metrology-Systeme und deren Einfluss auf die Systemleistung zu verstehen
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten, um technische Probleme zu unterstützen, Experimente aufzubauen und Datenanalysen durchzuführen
- Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis, positiver Einstellung und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit
- In der Regel bis zu 20 % internationale Reisetätigkeit, in Ausnahmefällen auch mehr
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
