Manulife is hiring a Associate Director / Senior Manager, Business Process Improvement. The incumbent will be responsible to manage and participate all projects that led by Manage and Review (M&R, in-force policy management) or required M&R involvement. Drive digital adoption and transform work processes from paper driven to digital.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive M&R digital projects, such as e-Policy Management, CWS online functions, digital statements and drive digital adoption.
  • Be the M&R representative to participate New Product development to discuss workflow, UR and work with Product team to develop materials for new features such as forms, new correspondences, agent/customer communication message, etc, and facilitate to deliver application process of new features to digital submission.
  • Monitor and participate Product day 2 items development from M&R perspective and ensure items are properly implemented per schedule
  • Be the M&R representative to participate other projects including service improvement projects and all initiatives that impacted M&R such as system migration/re-platform/reskin, regulatory projects, BCP, system upgrade, etc.
  • Be the lead to review, fine tune and streamline current work processes and workflows to continuously enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a business-related field
  • 10 years or above industry experience on running business projects
  • Decisive, able to work independently and demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment
  • Maintain and build relationship with internal teams
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • High proficiency in reading and writing English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to details
  • Customer-orientated
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
