Job Description:

一、岗位基本信息

1. 岗位名称:外科止血材料销售代表/区域销售专员

2. 所属部门:医用耗材销售部

5. 工作地点:指定负责区域(本地及周边二甲及以上医院、医疗终端机构)

二、岗位概述

负责公司外科止血类医用耗材在指定区域内的医院终端开发、学术推广、临床对接与销售全流程工作,精准面向外科、急诊科、手术室、介入科等临床科室及医院采购、设备、药剂部门,传递产品临床优势、使用规范、止血效果与安全特性,搭建产品与医疗机构的专业沟通桥梁,严格遵守医用耗材行业销售合规规范与医疗器械相关法律法规。

三、核心岗位职责

(一)医院终端开发与客户维护

1. 针对负责区域内二甲及以上综合性医院、专科医院,重点开发手术室、普外科、骨科、妇产科、神经外科、心胸外科等核心止血材料使用科室的理念教育,完成医院准入。

2. 及时响应客户在产品试用、临床使用、售后配套等方面的需求,协助解决产品使用过程中的技术问题,保障产品临床应用顺畅。

(二)产品学术推广与临床技术支持

1. 深入学习外科止血材料的产品知识,包括材质特性、止血原理、临床适应症、使用方法、禁忌症、竞品对比、优势亮点等,熟练掌握各类外科手术的止血场景与产品适配方案。

2. 开展科室会、产品宣讲会、手术跟台演示、专家学术交流等推广活动,为临床医生提供专业的产品讲解、使用培训与实操指导,帮助医护人员快速掌握产品操作流程,凸显产品在止血效率、术后恢复、减少并发症等方面的临床价值。
