Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
Good to have skills : Exadata Administration

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. This role requires basic and intermediate level troubleshooting skills and the ability to work both remotely and onsite. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. - Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Work with particular software solutions/vendors/brands. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Provide assistance in resolving technical issues for clients. - Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. - Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Assist in the documentation of technical procedures and guidelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Exadata Administration. - Strong understanding of database management systems. - Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Understanding of database security and access control. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
