We are seeking a highly organized and thorough Change Management Traveler Control Lead Engineer who will be responsible for leading the Traveler Control team to develop, deploy, govern and share traveler control solutions. In particular, our mission involves ensuring product quality through well-adapted use of Change Management systems and business processes. Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Traveler Control team in developing, deploying, and governing traveler control solutions to ensure product quality through Change Management systems and business processes.  
  • Establish and refine business processes, collaborate with manufacturing partners, and lead continuous improvement across technology development and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) operations. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges or barriers to departmental objectives by setting clear, prioritized goals and implementing actionable plans to achieve them. 
  • Build and update reporting tools and important data to aid in making decisions based on data and track team performance. 
  • Define team vision and set clear goals aligned with business objectives. 
  • Identify and resolve challenges that impact departmental success, ensuring goals are prioritized and supported by actionable plans. 
  • Champion a safety-first attitude by modeling safe practices, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of safety. 
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support team members’ performance, remove roadblocks, and guide career development through mentorship and training. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with process and equipment development teams, IT, and global partners to enable effective local and global solutions. 
  • Lead initiatives to improve systems and solutions through continuous evaluation and improvement. 

  

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience in a semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement process improvements, including experience with change management systems, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and operational optimization.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 3+ years solving complex problems and apply analytical thinking, with successful completion of cross-functional projects involving technical or operational challenges. 
  • Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives, with experience guiding projects focused on process optimization or operational efficiency. 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using Tableau or PowerBI for data analysis.
