The Consulting Director, Portfolio AI Analytics and Execution is a high level individual contributor position reporting to the Director, Portfolio AI Analytics and Execution. This position is accountable for creating AI-based analysis and using sophisticated generative AI solutions to support the creation, implementation and end to end execution of underwriting strategies.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
1. Senior level knowledge of core functions of an insurance company and general insurance.
2. Exemplifies continuous learning and innovation with demonstrated entrepreneurial success in leveraging generative AI applications
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of how to convert data to action.
4. Robust understanding of the core commercial P&C underwriting process
5. Senior level interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Effectively interacts with all levels of CNA’s internal and external business partners.
6. Senior level project management, organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
2. Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $97,000 to $189,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
