Job Title: Finance Senior Associate

Location: Seoul

Employment Type: Full time, regular

The job

It will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with internal controls requirements for AVEVA Korea to conduct audit, tax filing & corporate secretary.

Key responsibilities

• In charge of local requirements of statutory audit and tax filing including VAT and corporate income tax

• Support internal & external audit

• Support corporate secretary matters

• Filing Accounting/finance documentation

• Complete internal control activities following the latest requirements each month and work closely with SSC and Korea local finance

• Support banking & corp seal management

• Any requests from shareholders

• Other ad hoc projects

Essential requirements

• At least 5 years experiences in accounting/finance

• Good understanding of finance systems, SAP/Oracle user preferred

• Computer lliteracy, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Power point

• Fluent written and oral English

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Management preferred

Desired skills

• Demonstrate AVEVA value of curiosity, trust and aspiration by taking ownership and delivering beyond expectation

• Self-motivated preferred
