Job Title: Finance Senior Associate
Location: Seoul
Employment Type: Full time, regular
The job
It will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with internal controls requirements for AVEVA Korea to conduct audit, tax filing & corporate secretary.
Key responsibilities
In charge of local requirements of statutory audit and tax filing including VAT and corporate income tax
Support internal & external audit
Support corporate secretary matters
Filing Accounting/finance documentation
Complete internal control activities following the latest requirements each month and work closely with SSC and Korea local finance
Support banking & corp seal management
Any requests from shareholders
Other ad hoc projects
Essential requirements
At least 5 years experiences in accounting/finance
Good understanding of finance systems, SAP/Oracle user preferred
Computer lliteracy, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Power point
Fluent written and oral English
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Management preferred
Desired skills
Demonstrate AVEVA value of curiosity, trust and aspiration by taking ownership and delivering beyond expectation
Self-motivated preferred
