About This Role

Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as a Client Account Owner and become part of CAE’s global Business Aviation Training team.

We have just opened our newest state‑of‑the‑art training centre in Vienna, featuring six advanced Full Flight Simulators—including the G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, Global 6000 Vision, CL3500, and PC‑24. The 8,000 m² facility is purpose‑built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe, with room to expand to a total of nine simulators.

The Role We Are Offering You

In this role, you will confirm and schedule training for clients while taking full ownership of the customer experience within your assigned territory. You act as a trusted training advisor and a key representative of CAE, guiding customers toward optimal solutions and ensuring strong commercial performance.

As an integral member of the Sales team, you provide exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and accurate training coordination. You educate customers on CAE’s training portfolio, influence training decisions, and create mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and CAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the client experience and be accountable for all revenue bookings within your assigned accounts.
  • Respond promptly to booking requests with accurate, detailed information that matches customer needs.
  • Ensure bookings are entered correctly and follow up on all pre‑training questions, changes, or concerns.
  • Act as a trusted training advisor, supporting decision makers in defining and arranging their training plans.
  • Manage short‑ and long‑term scheduling of simulators, classrooms, devices, and instructor resources according to course requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns by seeking solutions independently, coordinating across teams, escalating when needed, and owning the case to resolution.
  • Drive revenue retention and growth by overcoming objections, identifying upsell opportunities, and generating leads for Inside Sales and RSMs.
  • Follow up on retention cases to secure all possible training revenue and achieve territory targets.
  • Build strong, ongoing customer relationships through regular communication, post‑training follow‑ups, and proactive engagement.
  • Promote CAE training solutions, highlight upsell opportunities, and inform customers about upcoming availability.
  • Create optimal outcomes for both customers and CAE by pairing clients when possible and responding quickly and accurately to all inquiries.
  • Educate customers on cancellation and temporary reservation policies, guiding them toward the best solutions for CAE and their needs.
  • Act as a single point of contact with Embraer, building strong collaboration and supporting training coordination.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Brings experience from the aviation or aviation training industry and/or has knowledge of aviation regulations and/or a Crew Scheduling background.
  • Is motivated and experienced in working toward sales objectives, including retention, revenue, and growth targets.
  • Brings 2–3 years of account management experience and a proven track record in client‑facing roles.
  • Is a proactive self‑starter who enjoys multitasking and can effectively prioritise a fast‑paced operational workload.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Speaks and writes fluent English.
  • Has experience using Salesforce and/or Gemini for managing client data (desirable).

What Kind of Person Will Succeed in This Team?

You pride yourself on delivering high‑level customer service and enjoy building strong, proactive relationships—both remotely and through on‑site client contact. You thrive in a dynamic live-training environment, are highly organised, and can juggle multiple tasks with confidence. You are a self‑starter, a strong team player, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
