What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

Experience:

  • At least two years of hands-on experience in service desk support.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets.

The IT Service Desk Technician serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical support. This role involves installing, evaluating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading various computer systems and equipment, including copiers, printers, and scanners, to ensure optimal performance for all users.

Division/Program Overview:

The IT Service Desk Technician provides advanced technical support for hardware and software issues escalated by the IT Support Manager. This role plays a crucial part in desktop and infrastructure projects while occasionally offering first-level VIP support. The position is fully onsite and may require field visits to various facilities across Southern California.
