Job Summary

Responsible for creating, guiding and providing pricing and inventory analysis to senior management and external third parties in support of business unit decision making, being succinct on recommendations that outline both risks and opportunities. Creates active relationships and partnerships with key functional areas across the organization as well as with external third parties to become an influential business advisor for large decisions. Challenges status quo to become a truth-seeker through data analytics and a broad understanding of our inventory and pricing strategies that will drive impact. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Partners with senior management and third parties to support business planning and operational processes, based on the fundamental idea of rate and supply drive budget achievement, while being candid on true business risks with suggestions on how to improve.
  • Coordinates, prepares, and presents periodic updates to third parties as well as internal stakeholders; possess ability to synthesize messaging around areas of success and opportunity
  • Leads strategic opportunities and product expansion efforts with third parties; brings in internal partners where necessary
  • Monitors performance of third parties, communicating weekly/monthly results, and partnering with Finance to update forecast/budget assumptions
  • Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
  • Trains, supervises, and develops staff, managing the day-to-day performance of the team and making suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.
  • Drives enterprise mindset into day to day tasks with team to challenge status quo.
  • Continuously challenges and develops oneself to add skillsets to toolkit.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado, and New York City with a Pay Range of $83,048.81 - $149,487.85

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
